Our Story & Values

Surprising… unexpected…. straight outta left field.

I have always been know as someone who follows their heart, seeking inspiration for my work in art and nature- be it marketing, filmmaking, professional skiing and now floral design. After establishing a career in the outdoor industry over the last decade, a leap into the world of floristry did indeed appear to have come straight out of left field when I chose to purchase Revelstoke Florist in 2022. A life long drive to continuously learn and evolve matched with an insatiable urge to work with my hands is what led me here. My passion for sustainability, design, community and beautiful things continue to guide me in the designs that I create and the goods I choose to sell. We are committed to sourcing our flowers and plants thoughtfully. This means making local, seasonal ingredients our first choice whenever possible. Our arrangements often feature flowers and foliage from local gardeners, farmers and foragers. When needed, we import from reputable wholesalers who know the global market and source their flowers both ethically and as sustainably as possible.

Connected to Community

It is an honour to live and operate on the ancestral lands of the Sinixt, Secwepemc, Syilx and the Ktunaxa people, and amongst the beautiful and diverse community of Revelstoke. We've thrown the art and floral design rulebook out the window and are known for our flowy, natural style. We sell artisanal goods and floral arrangements with an unexpected flair. Our passion for quality is reflected in the meticulous sourcing of the best ingredients for our floral designs, to the packaging we use and the goods we choose to sell. We believe in quality over quantity, peruse our shop and you will find one-of-a-kind, hand made goods that you will cherish for years to come.

Our cozy shop is stocked with a wide variety of house plants, carefully curated home goods and locally-made gifts. We receive new items weekly so pop in regularly to see what's in store.
